MAKING A PURCHASE AND CARD SECURITY
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our online shop, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. There is opportunity to check and correct any input errors in your order up until the order is submitted. We accept most major debit and credit cards. Payment is deducted on submission of your order. For your security, we have linked with PayPal and their security systems protect all your card details.

All prices shown on the website include delivery costs (Mainland UK) and VAT at the current rate. If delivery is required outside of Mainland UK, delivery costs can be given on application.

ORDER ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND DELIVERY SCHEDULE
On receipt of your order, we will issue an acknowledgement as soon as possible either by e-mail (if an address is given) or by letter. This acknowledgement will include information about delivery date.
Goods will normally be delivered within 3-4 working days.

RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
In the unlikely event that you decide to return your purchase or if any goods are received damaged, notification to us must be received within 7 working days starting the day after goods receipt and returns will only be accepted with the goods in unused condition and in original packaging. Refunds will only be made after the goods have been received and checked. The refund credit for cancelled orders will be issued less all delivery charges.

Radnor does not issue a warranty for the goods supplied. If the goods are defective due to faults in workmanship or materials, Radnor will endeavour to either repair or replace in negotiation with the manufacturers of the goods.

GUARANTEES
The manufacturer's warranty applies to all goods sold by Radnor.

RECEIPTS AND INVOICES
The order acknowledgement will state the total amount including VAT charges. You will receive a receipt of purchase as a receipted VAT invoice under separate cover to the goods. Any mistakes in billing or receipts will be corrected as soon as possible.

COMPLAINTS
Complaints will be dealt with fairly, confidentially and speedily. We will acknowledge the complaint within 5 days and provide a likely timescale for resolving the dispute. We will keep you informed of what action we are taking.

GENERAL
We and our suppliers own the copyright, trade marks and all other intellectual property rights in all material and content on this site, which you shall not use, download, copy, publish, transmit nor otherwise make available unless expressly authorised.

Credit Card Security
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Radnor Lighting do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
